Could some one PLEASE write me a sonnet?!?!?

I have LITERALLY been trying to write this sonnet for about three hours and i just cant. I'm normally very good at poetry and english cl in general but I cannot seem to write a poem with these restrictions. please do not answer telling me to do my own homework i wouldn't ask if i hadn't already tried to write like a million. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!!!!
